Perched on a bluff on the edge of a forest overlooking Puget Sound, Frogmore House boasts over 5,000 square
feet of beautiful custom craftsmanship.  Each of the common rooms invite you to relax and savor the view and
warmth of the southern exposure.  Built in 2003, Frogmore enjoys panoramic views of Mount Rainier to the
southeast, Bainbridge Island to the south, Agate Pass to the southwest, and the Olympic Mountains to the West.

A main living room, family room, sitting room, spacious gourmet kitchen and dining room combine to make the
main floor user friendly and effective for both business and entertainment.  The convenience of three full baths,
two three-quarter baths, a powder room and full service laundry room will also be appreciated.  Frogmore's seven
bedrooms vary in size and are located on all three floors.

Guests enjoy an expansive main deck facing Puget Sound, with multiple smaller decks and porches providing
more intimate opportunities to enjoy the outdoors - rain or shine.
Satellite TV is available in the main room and kitchen.  A DVD player is available in the main room and a custom
sound system is integrated throughout the main floor and deck.  Bring your own CDs or enjoy our own  eclectic
digital selection.

For real entertainment - the kind you came to Frogmore to enjoy - sit back and take in the view.  Sit on the
hearth of one of our two stone fireplaces and enjoy a classic novel.  Or, take a beverage out to one of our
Adirondack chairs and watch the sun set behind the Olympic Mountains.  No matter what time of year, the
beautiful natural surrounds will captivate the senses and sooth the soul!
Our beautiful grounds invite you to explore your surroundings.  Depending on the time of year, you may enjoy
fresh berries, vegetables and herbs from our garden tucked behind a classic white picket fence.

Enjoy a warm cup of tea while strolling the grounds and watching the sun rise over the Cascade Mountains or
the fog lift above Agate Pass.  Inside or out, you will savor every moment of your time at Frogmore.

When the tide is out, enjoy miles of sandy beach.  Explore Indianola's historic dock, once a regular stop for
Puget Sound's famous
Mosquito Fleet.

In fair weather, beach access is available via a five to ten minute walk down a woodland trail leading to a secure
set of steps at the beach's edge.  In less hospitable weather, take a short drive to the trail head and descend the
stairs to one of the most beautiful south-facing beaches on Puget Sound.
